PIRANHA PROTOCOL v1.0 // FOUNDER OPERATIONS MANUAL
The Founder's Playbook
You built something. Now an investor is circling. This is your operations manual — what OSP does for you, what happens when capital shows up, and how to stay alive long enough to win.
THE OSP MODEL
Three Levels of Evolution
Tooling Phase
You have an idea and technical skill. We arm you with the tools to build your MVP at full speed — no cash needed from you.
Wishlist Phase
Your project shows promise. Investors fund specific needs from your wishlist — not a blank check, but targeted resources you actually need.
Scale Phase
Product-market fit confirmed. Time for a real seed round. Direct capital injection to scale operations and dominate your market.
OPERATIONS PROTOCOL
When An Investor Bites
An investor showed interest in your project through OSP. Here is exactly what happens next — step by step, no surprises.
Signal Received
An investor clicks 'Request Investment Access' on your project page, or reaches out through the OSP network. We notify you immediately with the investor profile.
Do Not Panic. Do Not Promise.
Investor interest is not a deal. It is a signal. Do not start spending money, hiring, or making verbal commitments. Stay calm and keep building.
OSP Facilitates the Introduction
We set up a structured meeting between you and the investor. You present your project using your existing OSP listing data — the investor already has your swarm intelligence. No cold pitching needed.
Investor Due Diligence
The investor reviews your technology, team, market size, and burn rate. OSP provides them with standardized data from your listing. Your job: answer honestly and keep building.
Term Sheet Negotiation
If the investor wants to proceed, terms are proposed. OSP helps you understand every clause — valuation, equity, vesting, liquidation preferences, board seats. But always get your own legal counsel.
Incorporation Decision
Before capital can flow, you need a legal entity. This is where the costs below become real. Choose your jurisdiction wisely based on your target market, investor preference, and tax implications.
Capital Flows. Build Harder.
Money hits the account. Now the real work begins. Track every dollar. Report monthly to your investors. Hit your milestones. The swarm is watching — and so are we.
COST INTELLIGENCE
The Real Cost of Going Legal

SURVIVAL PROTOCOL
Know Your Burn Rate or Die
Most startups do not die from bad ideas. They die from running out of money while executing a good idea badly. Before you take a single dollar of investment, know exactly what your monthly costs will be.
OSP exists to keep your burn rate as low as possible in the early stages. That is why Level 1 provides tools, not cash. Tools build product. Cash burns.
RULE 01
Calculate your runway in months, not years. If you have $10K and burn $2K/month, you have 5 months. Not 'about a year'.
RULE 02
Never incorporate before you need to. A legal entity costs money every month it exists. Wait until capital demands it.
RULE 03
Track every expense from day one. Investors will ask for financial history. 'I don't know' is a disqualifying answer.
