02What This Site Is — And Is Not

OpenSeaPiranha is an AI consulting firm, an early-stage investor and a startup incubator. This site describes those activities.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, nor is it investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Venture pages, market figures and portfolio descriptions are informational. Early-stage investment can result in the total loss of the amount invested.

03Figures, Forecasts And Stage Labels

• Market sizes and industry statistics are third-party estimates and are labelled with their source where cited.
• Metrics marked "internal" or "design target" are our own measurements or engineering goals, not independently audited results.
• Ventures are labelled by stage (Prototype, MVP, Alpha, In Production). A prototype is a prototype.
• Standards alignment (e.g. ISO/IEC 42001, ISO 27001, NIST AI RMF) means we build to those frameworks. We do not claim certification unless a certificate is shown.

04Intellectual Property

The brand, text, code, design and imagery on this site belong to OpenSeaPiranha or its licensors. You may read, quote and link to it with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, resell it, or use it to train a competing commercial model without written permission.

Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
