OVERVIEW
The Deadline Has Passed. Your Readiness Shouldn't Be a Guess.
Since August 2, 2026 most of the EU AI Act applies — the Article 50 transparency obligations and the enforcement powers of the AI Office and national authorities, backed by fines of up to €15M or 3% of global turnover for most breaches and €35M or 7% for prohibited practices. Generative systems already on the market before that date have only until December 2, 2026 to add machine-readable marking; high-risk Annex III systems follow on December 2, 2027 under the Digital Omnibus (Regulation (EU) 2026/1744). AI Act Radar — in development, waitlist open — inventories your AI systems, classifies each against the Act's risk tiers, surfaces the obligations you owe, and maintains the audit trail regulators will ask for, with KVKK and ISO 42001 mapped alongside. A named compliance owner signs off; the tool does the tracking.
